Rescue – Givendale Head – 30th May 10:51 (39/2021)
Called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service to a mountain biker reported to have fallen from their bike in the area of Hawdale Rigg. The patient had sustained an arm injury and may have lost consciousness but was now conscious and mobile. The patient was transported to Givendale Head by a Forest Ranger, assessed and treated by the team before evacuation to medical care by Yorkshire Ambulance Service. We had fifteen team members deployed for around one hour.
