Rescue – Adderstone Field – 29th May 12:05 (38/2021)
A team member walking in Dalby Forest came across a member of the public with significant facial injuries after falling from a mountain bike. Assistance was offered and accepted. Immediate medical care was administered, an additional local team member was called to scene, our duty incident controller was contacted and the incident was escalated to Yorkshire Ambulance Service for a crew to take the casualty to definitive medical care. The incident lasted for around one and a half hours.
