Rescue – Low Dalby – 13th June; 13:53 – 33/2023
Called by forest rangers via North Yorkshire Police to a lady who had fallen from a mobility scooter on one of the accessible trails in Dalby Forest sustaining a head injury.
Once on scene the team the team, working with the rangers who had been providing immediate casualty care, assessed the casualty and treated her until we were able to hand her over to a Yorkshire Ambulance Service crew for transport to definitive medical care.
We had eight team members deployed for two and a half hours.
