Search – Whitby – 6th August, 22:08 – 48/2022
Called by North Yorkshire Police to assist in the search for a high risk vulnerable male last seen at his car in a town centre car park in Whitby earlier in the day and subsequently reported missing. Searches in town had not found him and we were requested by the police to conduct hasty searches along the rural public footpaths leaving the town as the search area was expanded.
The gentleman was found safe and well a couple of hours into our deployment.
We had six team members deployed for two and a half hours
