Rescue – Scalby Beck – 27th March, 19:25 – 10/2023
Contacted by Yorkshire Ambulance Service to respond to reports of a 21 year old male having fallen from a rope swing landing on their head, becoming entrapped with a penetrating hand injury and unable to move.
We had 23 team members responding however as we arrived on scene we learnt that the person had self rescued and was making their way to Scarborough A&E.
We were deployed for just over one hour.
