Request from Yorkshire Ambulance Service For us to use PhoneFind to help locate a vulnerable female who had contacted their control room but they were unable to determine her location in order to help her. Two PhoneFind messages sent and received by the person’s phone but no reply received.
The system was monitored for two hours with no response and the Ambulance Service agreed we could stand down at that point.
