Search – Helmsley – 28th June, 07:15 – 34/2022
The Team, along with Cleveland MRT, were deployed for much of the day in the Helmsley area supporting North Yorkshire Police in a search for a woman missing from home.
We were tasked to search woodland, arable land and watercourses in and around the Helmsley area and through the day had fourteen volunteers and three vehicles deployed for twelve and a half hours. Cleveland MRT had a further nineteen members deployed for a similar timescale.
When the teams stood-down the lady had not been found and the Police are continuing with their enquiries.
