Rescue – Deighton – 10th Apr, 19:08 – (14/2022)
Request received from Yorkshire Ambulance Service to assist in the rescue of a young female who sustained injuries after falling a fall from her horse on arable land south of York. The first two of the nineteen team members travelling to scene arrived quickly and met up with an ambulance crew who had also recently arrived. They worked with the crew to treat her injuries and transfer her to the ambulance. The rest of the team were stood down and returned to base/home. We were deployed for one hour and ten minutes.
