Search – Allerston – 9th January, 08:16 (04/2022)
In the continuation of the search from the previous evening the police asked us to deploy search parties in the area of forestry above the village of Allerston. One of our incident controllers was meeting with the lead police officer with the remainder of the team travelling to the RV when we were advised that the young lady had been found safe and well by a member of the public and was receiving the appropriate care. We had nineteen team members deployed for two and a half hours.
